Sr Director, Enterprise Sales (East/West)
Salary Exempt $90 to $110K
Strategic Account Manager- inVia is looking for a motivated strategic, B2B sales leader with familiarity with selling and managing a team to execute high-value, high-cost solutions based on proven, return on investment metrics. This position requires experience in solution-based selling to businesses in the warehouse, retail and manufacturing space. Familiar with forecast metrics, funnel accuracy, conversion rates and creating a regular cadence with team members to highlight key metrics to drive success. This position will be split into two regional Sr Directors, one for the East and one for the Western regions in North America.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic Account Management and sales to various buying influences.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Coordinator
Salary Exempt $61K-$67K
The Program Coordinator may be requested to test the system in isolation to ensure it is working as expected – as well as help explain the customer’s requests to inVia technical team members via a JIRA ticket, or other and use this knowledge to create customer project JIRA tickets..
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support project administrative tasks across multiple projects simultaneou
- Create Customer Slack Channels, Customer Email Distribution list, JIRA ticket templates, and EPIC to support project implementation standards.
- Support the technical project manager in building a project timeline so the customer and inVia teams can be successful based on the project milestones and Go-Live dates. Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to ensure all parties are on track with project requirements, deliverables, deadlines, and schedules.
- Support Technical Project Managers with coordinated customer weekly status updates.
- Test the system independently prior to customer testing to ensure correct functionality across a broad range of situations, specifically for the customer’s configuration.
- Conduct system walkthroughs with the customer, explaining the expected flow, talking through any possible issues with the system or the processes, and escalating those issues to the appropriate channels.
- Communicate with internal and external customers throughout the project lifecycle in support of the Technical Project Managers.
- Creation of JIRA tickets for projects.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as an escalation point for all issues arising from robots and the robotic system
- Prioritize, troubleshoot and resolve robotic/system issues at multiple customer sites in parallel.
- Monitor health and performance of servers, virtual machines, robots, and all associated systems and use critical thinking and cross-functional teamwork to support day-to-day operations.
- Act as support for our onsite Support Technicians and any customers who interact directly with inVia RaaS or SaaS.
- Maintain continuous availability and responsiveness when working with other teams to resolve issues

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with our numerous customers to understand customer needs
