Data Entry Clerk

Due to a startup’s ever-growing and changing culture, inVia Robotics is seeking a highly motivated Data Entry Clerk who will report to the Senior Financial Reporting Manager and assist with inputting day-to-day transactions into the company’s ERP system (Odoo). The ideal candidate will be an individual who is reliable and very detailed oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Input transactions for all company Purchasing Cards (P-Cards) into the ERP system.
  • Input transactions for all company Bank accounts into the ERP system.
  • Scanning, attaching, and filing vendor bills (transitioning to paperless)
  • Input vendor bills into the ERP system and clear against open Purchase Orders as time permits.
  • As needed, assist with completing the new customer onboarding checklist for all new customer contracts.
  • Assist with other tasks as directed by the Senior Financial Reporting Manager.

Quality Control Picker

A Quality Control Picker is responsible for executing various warehouse workflows at the inVia HQ demo area. They will be required to continuously run the inVia system and report any issues experienced during the process.

Responsibilities

  • Executing warehouse workflows like order picking, replenishment, cycle counting, etc
  • Responsible for resetting and running the software system daily
  • Managing inventory control, including item replenishment and storage
  • Ensuring the demo warehouse space is clean and maintained
  • Daily reporting for orders, inventory levels, etc
  • Ability to use a mobile device/tablets with a barcode scanner
  • Ability to work on feet for 8 hours and carry loads up to 40 pounds

Robot Deployment Operations Technician

The inVia Robot Deployment Operations Technician will lead the all-robot scaling initiatives. This highly visible role will help plan and execute the transformation of our customers’ distribution centers, allowing inVia robots to maximize order fulfillment for our growing customer base. This unique role includes a mix of engineering problem-solving and operations execution responsibilities, resulting in tangible and fulfilling results.

Responsibilities

  • Perform site surveys of warehouses and IT infrastructure with precision and detail
  • Actively participate in deployment planning sessions with engineers and Operations
  • Lead temporary labor teams to perform manual tasks required to bring warehouse to specification for robot order fulfillment
  • Check and ensure quality of temporary labor work
  • Attend daily and weekly meetings to ensure customer expectations are understood and addressed; provide status updates
  • Create solutions for dynamic issues that arise in the field
  • Work with mechanical engineers to provide warehouse layout data to ensure optimal mapping for robots

A software tester is responsible for designing test scenarios for software usability,
running these tests, and preparing reports on the effectiveness and defects to the
production team.

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing software requirements and preparing test scenarios.
  • Executing tests on software usability.
  • Analyzing test results on database impacts, errors or bugs, and usability.

Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator position is responsible for successfully planning, testing, and managing deliverables throughout the project’s lifecycle. To ensure that customer satisfaction is met, they manage the details of overall project schedules.  Monitors the project from initiation through delivery. The Project Coordinator must be able to test the system in isolation and with the customer to ensure it is working as expected and to explain the function to the customer.  May work at the client site on a day-to-day or periodic basis. Monitors the project from initiation through delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule project timeline so the teams can be successful based on the project milestones and Go-Live dates. Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to ensure all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
  • Communicate project plans for software only and system deployment projects.
  • Obtain customer acceptance of project deliverables in accordance with the system acceptance plan.
  • Communicate weekly status updates and timelines.
  • Test system independently prior to customer testing to ensure correct functionality across a broad range of situations, and also specifically for the customer’s setup
  • Conduct system walkthroughs with the customer, explaining the expected flow, talking through any possible issues with the system or the process, and escalating those issues to the appropriate channels
  • Communicate with internal and external customers throughout the project lifecycle.

inVia Robotics is looking for a motivated, strategic, B2B Solutions Engineering representative interested in learning and working within a team to sell high-value automation systems. Sales are solution-based and proven with return-on-investment metrics. This position requires a willingness to work within a team and gain experience in solution-based selling to businesses in the warehouse, retail, and manufacturing space. The Solutions Engineer (SE) is critical to new and existing customer growth and will work with both sales representatives and customers to meet their operational needs, with a specialized focus on increased adoption and utilization of inVia Robotics solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Work with cross-functional team to execute against customer needs during the sales process
  • Ability to effectively communicate the value of inVia Robotics’ technical product features and map to meet prospect needs

This position requires experience in solution-based selling in the Supply Chain Logisitics industry, specidic to
Warehouse Management Software (WMS), Warehouse Execution Software (WES) sales.
Familiar with forecast metrics, funnel accuracy, conversion rates and creating a regular cadence with team members to highlight key metrics to drive success. This position will be for a territory with broad international coverage with specialized focus in North America.
