Due to a startup’s ever-growing and changing culture, inVia Robotics is seeking a highly motivated Data Entry Clerk who will report to the Senior Financial Reporting Manager and assist with inputting day-to-day transactions into the company’s ERP system (Odoo). The ideal candidate will be an individual who is reliable and very detailed oriented.
Responsibilities
  • Input transactions for all company Purchasing Cards (P-Cards) into the ERP system.
  • Input transactions for all company Bank accounts into the ERP system.
  • Scanning, attaching, and filing vendor bills (transitioning to paperless)
  • Input vendor bills into the ERP system and clear against open Purchase Orders as time permits.
  • As needed, assist with completing the new customer onboarding checklist for all new customer contracts.
  • Assist with other tasks as directed by the Senior Financial Reporting Manager.
Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail
  • 1+ years of relevant accounting experience required

Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator position is responsible for successfully planning, testing, and managing deliverables throughout the project’s lifecycle. To ensure that customer satisfaction is met, they manage the details of overall project schedules.  Monitors the project from initiation through delivery. The Project Coordinator must be able to test the system in isolation and with the customer to ensure it is working as expected and to explain the function to the customer.  May work at the client site on a day-to-day or periodic basis. Monitors the project from initiation through delivery.

  • Schedule project timeline so the teams can be successful based on the project milestones and Go-Live dates. Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to ensure all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.

  • Communicate weekly status updates and timelines.

Solutions Engineer

inVia Robotics is looking for a motivated, strategic, B2B Solutions Engineering representative interested in learning and working within a team to sell high-value automation systems. Sales are solution-based and proven with return-on-investment metrics. This position requires a willingness to work within a team and gain experience in solution-based selling to businesses in the warehouse, retail, and manufacturing space. The Solutions Engineer (SE) is critical to new and existing customer growth and will work with both sales representatives and customers to meet their operational needs, with a specialized focus on increased adoption and utilization of inVia Robotics solutions.

Responsibilities

This position requires experience in solution-based selling in the Supply Chain Logisitics industry, specidic to
Warehouse Management Software (WMS), Warehouse Execution Software (WES) sales.
Familiar with forecast metrics, funnel accuracy, conversion rates and creating a regular cadence with team members to highlight key metrics to drive success. This position will be for a territory with broad international coverage with specialized focus in North America.
